How is the rent paid?To make the reservation you must pay a deposit of €100, which you can pay by credit card, or by bank transfer after contacting you. We will charge the entire rent in CASH (as long as it does not exceed €1000/per person or tenant) on the day of entry to your reserved home. The payment of the deposit acts, at the same time, as a guarantee for the reserved home. The reservation amount paid will be given to you in cash (in euros) on the day of departure, by the host assigned to you. Therefore, on the day you enter your apartment you must pay the entire rent without deducting the amount you have already paid as a reservation.

Where can I manage my reservation?At the same time you make the reservation, we will send you an email confirming your reservation with the specific number of your reservation. In addition, you can access your private My Reservations area and manage your reservation. Likewise, cancel your reservation, add or modify additional and complementary services.

What are the cancellation policies?Part of our mission is to provide excellent service to our clients, which is why we have designed a Flexible cancellation policy that favors both parties, keep in mind !We don't want you to lose your money! ​ If you cancel the reservation GREATER than 30 days from the date of the reservation, we will refund 75% of the deposit through the same payment method, as we do not want you to lose your money , we can issue a bond of 100% of the value of the deposit, to be used in a maximum period of 12 months. From the date of cancellation, whether by you or another person, the bonus can be transferred. If you cancel the reservation MORE than 10 days and LESS than 30 days from the date of the reservation, we will refund 50% of the deposit through the same payment method, as we do not want you to lose your money, we can issue a bond of 50% of the value of the deposit, to be used within a maximum period of 12 months from the cancellation date, whether by you or another person, the bond can be transferred. If you cancel the reservation with LESS than 10 days from the reservation date or if you do not show up THERE IS NO RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT AND NO BONUS WILL BE ISSUED. To cancel you can do so directly on our website in the "My Reservations" section or you can send your request to our email reservas@alquilarmascomprar.com indicating reservation number, email and full name. We will not ask you the reason for your cancellation.

Are cleaning, water, and electricity services included in the price?All accommodations are delivered clean. No cleaning is carried out during the stay. Cleaning, water and electricity services are included in the rental price.

Can I bring additional people?2 more people are accepted than the beds available in this home. And, if you wish, you can bring or rent inflatable mattresses in our Catalog of Complementary Services. It does not imply an increase in the rental price.

Can I bring pets?Many of our apartments accept pets with an additional cost because a deeper cleaning must be carried out. Verify that the accommodation you select specifies that they accept it. This service is additional and increases the value of the deposit.

Do the apartments have sheets, towels, cloths?The property does NOT have any of the following elements: Bathroom linens (towels, mats, etc.) Bedding (Sheets, blankets) Personal hygiene products (shampoo, gel, hand soap, etc.) Cleaning products (detergent, floor cleaners, etc.). Where should I go to sign the vacation contract and check-in?On the day of your entry you must sign the vacation season contract. The aforementioned contract is available for reading in the My Reservations module. The entrance to your home is from 2:00 p.m. although you can go to the www.alquilarmascomprar.com office (Camà Vell del Grau, 19 Grau i Platja Gandia, 46730) from at 11:00 a.m. to advance the pertinent arrangements.

When do I get the amount (deposit) for the reservation back?The amount you have paid to reserve the property will be returned to you in cash on the same day you leave your apartment, since this amount also acts as a deposit. It will be one of our hosts who will go to the accommodation to check-out and after reviewing the apartment, returning keys and other items, the amount of the reservation will be refunded in CASH, which, in turn, acts as a deposit.

At what time should I leave the accommodation?Departure from your accommodation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You must complete your departure time when reserving your home, so that the host can go to the home and, once inspected, return the deposit money in cash less any damage, among others, if any.
